Admittedly, I never gave Wayne Smith as much credit as he deserved (deserves) while he was playing. But, years later as I watched some tape/video of those games, especially during the 2-years of 83-85, WS stands out. Now, I'd take him as my starting PG on my Tech's all-time all-star team. Granted, we've been blessed with some very, very good guards over the decades, any one of whom is worthy of being THE starting PG. But, WS did so much for the BEST team in Tech history, that it's hard not to select him.

Speedy has really upped his game since App went down. Averaging 11 assists per game over the last couple of weeks.
