C-USA officially adds FAU, MTSU

MTSU's facilities ARE crap. LA Tech's facilities look like the University of Texas up next to MTSU. Furthermore, MTSU is a COMMUTER school. You know how that goes. Commuter schools have very large numbers, but the academic quality is very low.

Don't give me the academic crap because you are preaching to the choir. I already said we are easily a better school than MTSU.

The fact of the matter is our facilities completely suck. I drive by Texas 5A High Schools that have nicer facilities than us.

We have no room to be running anyone else's facilities down right now. I have seen the FB stadium in person. Our video board is nice but other than that I fail to see anything that separates our facilities from theirs. Go look at the pictures on our two websites and please point out where we have separated ourselves from them FROM A PURELY FACILITIES STANDPOINT.

Again I am already well aware of the fact that we are a much better academic institution. I'm not even talking about results. Just facilities.

My conclusion: Both of our facilities suck. Could I nitpick and really split hairs and say ours are better? ...Probably. But it's small. Nothing glaring.

That doesn't get the South Endzone Project built. Our facilities suck.

I heard them say on Bayou Sportsline a couple days ago, that press box renovations are next up. Apparently they're talking about making it goal line-to-goal line. This sounds great, but I would love to see progress on the current project first.

If JFord was saying that, go with it.

If certain callers were saying it, it might be true.

If it was coming from the "we love all the area teams" bunch, don't believe it.
