Does that include a takedown of Kentucky, or do you expect someone else to do that before we have to play them?

Calipari gets busted by the NCAA (again) before we have to play them.

KY is very beatable. Just because no one has done it yet....

Actually, it's all about matchups. I think someone with a strong frontline will have to knock off the 'cats.

    Re: Coaching Records

As so astutely observed by Ho-Do, Konkel currently has the best career winning percentage for active coaches in the NCAA so obviously he holds the TECH record (minimum 4 games coached)

I hope Konkol remains up there in that rarified air of winning %.

    (sure beats the alternative)

I agree, but was shocked to discover that Konkol only has the second best initial campaign in TECH history.

Seeing who is at 1 and 3 gives me a little bit of a pause and is a reminder that no matter how good (or bad), it is still just one year.

Loyd inherited a strong roster, from Eagles. Don't remember what Richard got...

Konkol got Hamilton, but little else in returning "production." I am willing to state: Konkol > Loyd. So, hopefully he can continue the string of 20-win seasons and....maybe, just maybe, something else.

Richard had Lonnie Cooper and co. didn't he? Woolridge had run off one of the stars he recruited, but seems like there was some quality talent on that team.

They won the SBC regular season title that year -

The last conference title until White won the WAC...
