He certainly had an off night. I will try to get u some numbers later, but his 3 point numbers are actually very good. He is one of the most efficient 3 point shooters in the country this year.

Got most of it together and will post when I have time later tonight.

Wanted to give us chance to go on record beforehand.

What do YOU think the numbers will show?

Sorry, but I have a basketball IQ that ranks down there with HD and Sooner...

I will say that I never expected him to be up very high. Just curious. He never had any injuries right? His lack of PT was just situational?

I am actually glad you asked. I have commented on how good his form is, so I should expect the numbers to bear it out over time.

His form has been there since he stepped on campus and the percentages have gone up with more playing time.

In Cobi's Freshman year, Appleby was a Senior and we all know he was the designated Shooter; he shot .329 to Cobi's .395 Cobi got more opportunities toward the end of the season and he had a very good average on the year.

A little bit of a Sophomore slump last year, but this year he is ranked 36th nationally in 3 point percentage.

    Here are career shooting stats:

    Overall
    2014-15 51-113 .451
    2015-16 101-244 .414
    2016-17 128-275 .465

    3 pt shots
    2014-15 32-81 .395
    2015-16 50-140 .357
    2016.17 72-174 .414

    Overall
    2014-17 80-632 .443

    3 Point
    2014-17 154-395 .389

So overall shooting percentage is 44.3 percent and 3 point career percentage is 38.9 but on pretty good upward trend.

For comparisons historically, I will post in 3 point thread.

My Cree definitely breaks into the top 20 by the end of his career but does he get into top 15?

I would guess around #17, but depends a LOT on how far we go in the tournament and if we go post-season.

    Re: 1000 point scorers

#20 Victor King was a very good offensive player. Standing 6'9" he was also mobile and could play facing the basket, as well as with his back to it. Could have had an NBA career if he bothered to do the other things well. His worst flaw was defense. He played a "matador" defense. He was scouted by the NBA and they wanted to give him every chance to be drafted, because of his offense. And he was, by the Lakers in the 2nd round. But, his pro career didn't develop. I'm not sure he ever actually played a game for the Lakers.
