Towson University Terminates Baseball and Men's Soccer

From reading these articles and watching the news report, it's hard to figure out the real root cause of this. It could be money, it could be politics, or it could be Title IX.

Regardless of the cause, it sounds like a lot of folks aren't happy about it.

I don't even have to read it to know it is a Title IX issue. Most low budget schools don't even have men's soccer. I can't believe they had it. We wouldn't have baseball at Tech if BVDV had his way.
