    Two interesting stats -

The Bulldogs are now a perfect 25-0 on the season when leading with five minutes to play.
After the five point win, the Bulldogs are now a perfect 6-0 when the scoring margin is five points or less.

In the game watching thread, we had some folks wanting 'Heem pulled because he was shooting and missing a lot. His second-half performance shows why you let your shooters keep shooting.

That typically means you are a very good "free throw" shooting team.

In our case, I think it reflects the depth of the team. We usually have worn the opposition down by the last five minutes of the game with our relentless pressure for the first 35 minutes.

I agree with this being the primary reason for the close game wins. As for free throw shooting, we are good (not great), but seem to hit them when it counts. It seems to be a combination of us wearing teams down AND hitting those late free throws.
