LOL. Can't keep track anymore.

ASU (Carolina version) is OK, the others not so much.
Here's McMurphy on Tulsa leaving: http://espn.go.com/college-sports/st...ording-sources
Wonder how excited Old Dominion and Charlotte are about joining the New and Improved CUSA?
They are excited that they are moving up to a real football conference and a good basketball league. The CAA is a cluster right now, and they lost all their good basketball programs (VCU, George Mason, Old Dominion) and football programs in UMass and Georgia State. James Madison and others could also be leaving the CAA soon. The A-10 lost Temple, Butler, Xavier, and Charlotte, and Saint Louis and Dayton are likely on their way out, too.
Western Kentucky denies C-USA reports, but Sun Belt eying JMU anyway
Contrary to their reported opinion of themselves, JMU is academically better suited to the Sun Belt than Conference USA. On the other hand, they would be better for Conference USA than Western Kentucky, in my opinion.
I wonder if any effort has been made by C*USA to court Delaware. That would be a prime grab. Even if Tulsa leaves in 2014, they won't drop below 12 because ODU will be coming in. So they could wait for Delaware (or JMU, for that matter) to make the transition.
University of Houston '01. Any references to "we" or "us" likely refer to UH. Cheers!
JMU outdraws WKU by a very significant margin. JMU has a significant alumni base in the DC area. JMU is consistently competitive in a top FCS conference. Academics favors JMU. The main advantages to WKU are (a) basketball and (b) WKU will be able contribute in football more immediately. JMU isn't ideal, but they would be my preference over WKU.

And JMU did win their conference this year and advanced to the tourney. I gave a very brief overview of JMU here:

Delaware would be a very good catch. A lot of upside there as well.
