See the world does revolve around us...
''Don't be a bad dagh..."
It's the only option to keep WKU and MT in the same division.
It would basically require one of a couple things:
1) Two western additions and the loss of an eastern team. I don't know which eastern team the conference might lose. Marshall? ODU? Charlotte? I can think of at least two western teams that I think would be ahead in line of each of those schools.
2) Two eastern additions and the loss of a western team. Then they choose to put WKU and MTSU in the west and UAB in the east. This is probably more likely than #1, I guess.
3) UAB has more influence than I think it does, forcing some eastern team to the west geography-be-danged. Like putting Charlotte in the west the same way that Temple has been (and may still be) a candidate for the western division of the BE.
4) UAB has the influence to split MTSU and WKU up. I don't think this happens, unless one of those two schools would prefer it the same way they split up USM and Tulane because Tulane wanted to be in the west.
University of Houston '01. Any references to "we" or "us" likely refer to UH. Cheers!
I would think UAB would welcome playing in the west traveling to Hattisburg and Ruston over Muffesboro & Bowling Green. But that is just me; I may be missing something. The rest would be comparable, I would think, except UTEP, but they should be used to that ny now!!
not UTEP's fault they can't help their geography and if MWC ever decides to go past 12 then they would probably be an option
Whats the official date when Latech will be considered in the CUSA?
How pissed is Southern Miss????
