Well, he's right. But this isn't going to change the minds of some guys in the locker rooms. You still have the possibility, and in some cases, almost certainty of mistreatment in the locker rooms.
I'm like you, it doesn't matter one bit to me what someone chooses to do in their personal life. If you can contribute to a winning team, bring it. But there's still plenty who don't feel that way.

I'm sure that if all gay players would come out, everyone would be very, VERY surprised at the number.
Like I mentioned before, you would probably be shocked at the actual number of gay players currently in the NFL. Your question has a simple answer. The same way they do it now and have done it since football's inception.
There have been gay players in the locker rooms with other guys in every sport forever. Nothing will change.
