How do y'all think the O'Bannon case will conclude?
Radio analysts that I have heard talk about it, think he has a better than even chance of winning and if so, the NCAA will cease to exist as we know it. Whether that ends up good or bad, nobody has a clue at this point. The "trust fund" idea is intriguing, but the implementation will be difficult as noted.
The Teamsters have been licking their chops for years, hoping to unionize college athletes. If that happens, say goodbye to college athletics.
