Classified documents show Obama illegally spied on Americans for years...

    May 24, 2017
The National Security Agency under former President Barack Obama routinely violated American privacy protections while scouring through overseas intercepts and failed to disclose the extent of the problems until the final days before Donald Trump was elected president last fall, according to once top-secret documents that chronicle some of the most serious constitutional abuses to date by the U.S. intelligence community.

Obama-tied group's census contract raises questions

GOP senator voices concerns about pro-Dem firm working 2020 Census

By Will CarrPublished June 05, 2017

Concerns are being raised on Capitol Hill about whether partisan politics could impact the 2020 Census and swing congressional redistricting in favor of Democrats.
Fox News has learned that last summer, a pro-Democratic analytics firm that describes itself as “a platform for hope and change” was included as a subcontractor in a $415 million advertising contract for the 2020 Census.
The data firm, Civis Analytics, was founded by the chief analytics officer on former President Barack Obama’s 2012 reelection campaign.
Since congressional redistricting, which occurs every 10 years, is based on the results of the national Census, the chairman of the Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee is now asking the secretary of the Department of Commerce to ensure that the Census will be conducted in a nonpartisan fashion -- and that redistricting will not be impacted.
“In 2016, the Bureau awarded an advertising contract that included a subcontractor with close ties to the partisan politics that reportedly ‘spun out of’ the reelection campaign of President Obama,” Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wis., wrote to Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross in a letter obtained by Fox News.
Johnson went on to say, “This partisan lineage raises concern in light of a Democratic initiative to use the results of the 2020 Census to draw district lines in a manner favorable to Democratic candidates.”
Johnson was referring to a group led by former Attorney General Eric Holder that is focused on using the redistricting process to boost Democrats in office.

OBAMA LIBRARY SNATCHES SUSAN RICE UNMASKING DOCS – FOR 5 YEARS!

Trump's own National Security Council blocks access to possible spying evidence

Published: 2 hours agoWASHINGTON – Key evidence on whether the Obama administration spied on the Trump team may be kept under lock and key for five years, at former President Obama’s presidential library.
Perhaps just as surprising, the announcement came from President Trump’s own National Security Council, or NSC.
There are still a publicly unknown number of Obama holdovers on the NSC, but there’s no word yet on how the decision was made.
The government-watchdog group Judicial Watch announced Monday the NSC had denied its Freedom of Information Act, or FOIA, request for documents related to President Obama’s National Security Adviser Susan Rice’s alleged unmasking of the “identities of any U.S. citizens associated with the Trump presidential campaign or transition team.”
    image: http://www.wnd.com/files/2013/09/oba...00-300x199.jpg
In a potentially bombshell development, the NSC said those documents have been transferred to the Barack Obama Presidential Library, while pointedly adding, “you should be aware that under the Presidential Records Act, presidential records remain closed to the public for five years after an administration has left office.”
It’s not yet known if that would block congressional investigators, the FBI, or Special Counsel Robert Mueller from obtaining the documents.
Unmasking is the revealing of names within the intelligence community of U.S. citizens gathered in foreign surveillance.
President Trump has accused the Obama administration of spying on him and his associates, partly through the use of unmaskings.
Numerous reports have alleged Rice unmasked the names of Trump associates swept up incidentally by the intelligence community during the Obama administration, and then those names were leaked to the press in a damaging light.
For more than four months now, the president has been virtually pleading for investigators to look into the leaks and unmaskings to find evidence he believes would prove the Obama administration spied on him and his team, and perhaps provide evidence that holdovers from that regime are still working to undermine him.

Some congressional investigators have been trying, but they’ve hit roadblocks. That is why WND raised the issue with White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer at Monday’s daily press briefing.
“At last word, the FBI and CIA were still not handing over to the House intelligence committee information they had requested on unmaskings and leaks,” WND began.

    41 STATES REVOLT AGAINST TRUMP'S VOTER-FRAUD PROBE

President demands to know: 'What are they trying to hide?'

Forty-one out of 50 states are reportedly refusing to give President Trump the information his administration has requested to investigate voter fraud in the U.S., which includes voters’ addresses, party affiliation and other identifying data.
In May, Trump signed an executive order commissioning Vice President Mike Pence to lead an investigation of vote fraud, and several independent groups are conducting their own probes. The White House investigation includes a look at outdated voter lists with names of dead people and multiple registrants.
But four out of every five states have flat-out refused to comply with administration requests for voter data, CNN reports. Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach, vice chair of the Presidential Advisory Commission on Election Integrity, requested the information from all 50 states last week. Kobach’s commission is seeking “publicly available” data to “fully analyze vulnerabilities and issues related to voter registration and voting,” including names, addresses, dates of birth, party affiliations, voting history since 2006, felony convictions, military status, information on whether they’re registered to vote in other states and the last four digits of Social Security numbers.
In their refusals to comply, some states cited privacy laws as a reason they cannot provide Social Security numbers or birth dates and party affiliations. Others say they’ll only grant requests for information that’s considered public under state laws.
Florida, Idaho and Nebraska all say they are still reviewing the request, CNN reported. Hawaii, New Jersey and Wyoming have not responded to the network’s requests for comment. Four more states, New Mexico, Michigan, South Carolina and West Virginia, say they won’t give the administration the information.
Also, on Monday, a lawsuit was filed against the election integrity commission in federal district court in D.C. by the Electronic Privacy Information Center. The group filed an emergency request to stop the Trump administration from obtaining the voter information. The Trump administration has a deadline of Wednesday to reply.

FBI document dump reveals secrets of Clinton probe as new director nominee faces Senate

    By Pamela K. Browne

    Published July 11, 2017

Some 42 pages of highly redacted documents from the FBI’s criminal investigation into Hillary Clinton's mishandling of highly classified materials paint a picture of a serious, but flawed investigation hindered by a lack of cooperation, according to a key watchdog group.
The materials, all part of the probe dubbed "Midyear Exam,” included several documents designated as “grand jury material,” indicating the potential seriousness of the investigation that would ultimately be ended by FBI director James Comey in July, then restarted for a brief period in October before being shut down for good.

One redacted exchange reveals a back and forth subpoena response to the FBI from one of Mrs. Clinton's private attorneys, Katherine Turner, a partner at Washington DC powerhouse firm Williams & Connolly. In the document, Turner agreed to turn over one of Mrs. Clinton's non-secure Apple iPads and two of her BlackBerrys to the FBI.
“The new records show how badly the Obama Justice Department and FBI mishandled the Clinton email investigation. "

    - Tom Fitton, Judicial Watch
But neither smartphone received from the law firm contain SIM cards or Secure Digital (SD) cards, and a total of 13 mobile devices identified by the FBI as potentially using clintonemail.com email addresses were never located by Williams & Connelly.
"We are presuming there are still 13 devices at issue,” Tom Fitton, president of Judicial Watch, told Fox News. “The new records show how badly the Obama Justice Department and FBI mishandled the Clinton email investigation. They get the equivalent of wiped phones from the Clinton lawyers and do nothing?"

    READ THE DOCUMENTS

As extensively reported by Fox, Clinton would often task aides including Monica Hanley with finding and supplying the secretary of state's never-ending demand to use non-secure BlackBerrys for all her official government work. Some of Clinton's BlackBerrys wound up being pounded with hammers on orders by Huma Abedin after Clinton's homebrew servers went down or when news that Clinton confidant Sidney Blumenthal's email had been hacked in 2013 by the Romanian hacker known as "Guccifer"---Marcel Lehel Lazar.
