While I am not necessarily an Eagles fan, I am very sure Henley and Frey are not too concerned about that list.

I won't even read the list. I don't pay attention to what one person thinks. Some of the best polls I have seen were by the musicians, including modern day ones.

Yea, the Eagles suck. Seven number-one singles, six number one albums, sold over 150 million records. Hotel California was a great song at 2 am Sunday morning.

I love it! They're 3-4 hours away. They can come to our games. We can kick their team's arse. They can drive back home.
Couldn't really say that about Fresneck, Boise or UState.

UNT's music school is big time.

Very true: and they always have been. It's about the only thing they are famous/known for IMHO. Their jazz band is renowned! We played some of their music in the early 70's.

They started as a teachers college. Their education and nursing programs are very good. They aren't well known for football though and I look forward to kicking the crap out of them the next time we play.

Yeah, their football in so "not" well known I remember going to Arkansas Razorback games in Little Rock, watching Mean Joe Greene play for them.
