    he thing of relevance to the board is the Permanent University Fund set up in 1876 to benefit UT and aTm......see comments near the bottom of the article. Talking about a bird's nest on the ground!

    Over the last five years the fund’s royalties from oil production have more than tripled to $414.5 million in 2012."
