Awesome! Congrats! I saw 4 deer Sunday and took pics of a few as they saunterd by. I had a monster move through some brush behind me chasing a doe..around 9:15 or so but never gave me a shot. 1st really good buck I've seen in a couple of years and it sure did my heart some good. Hope to get back after him soon. I tracked him back to his rubline in a swamp so I hope he sticks around..took a pic of his track. One pic is the doe he was running and he was just behind a a bit too far back to get a shot...another is evidence that I got the East blind ready in case Tech77 decides to hunt it this weekenddeerduck 001.jpgdeerduck 002.jpgdeerduck 003.jpg

had a 12yr old girl cousin get her first deer, 3pt, yesterday afternoon. Brendan and I went over to help trail it. truth is, I just wanted to be there when they found it and it was a wonderful experience. daughter, dad and grandfather all high five'n and hugging, I just had the biggest smile on my face out in the edge of the darkness. priceless moments and memories.
