Ruston has occasionally shown flashes of tremendous potential. It's there just waiting to be tapped by competent, visionary leadership.

Well, our team, our coach, our record, our conference, our fan base, our TV exposure, our city, and our facilities are all better than yours. With that said I guess the only thing left to make fun of is our name. Don't worry, we don't mind. Feel free to do whatever you need to take your mind off the horrible situation in your own house. But like I said Lafayette makes ULL better not the other way around, here's a great example LUS (Lafayette Utility System) has ventured into Fiber Optics for Video, Internet and Phone, it's a great service and look whats on front page.

Everything he said was subjective except for the record and the TV exposure. He was right about their record, but that's it. Our TV exposure is much better, and it isn't even close.

Finding something to do for 9-10 months during a 4-5 year stint isn't hard; it's the longer term that attract people & businesses to the area, which invest in the local community (aka Tech) and offer jobs, which attracts more people... it starts feeding into itself...
