I think Banowsky's done a very good job, too.
One thing I would like Banowsky to do is set up a basketball challenge with another conference (A-10, AAC, MVC, MW, or WCC) like the ACC-Big Ten Challenge and the Big 12-SEC Challenge. We desperately need help scheduling OOC basketball games.
Did y'all notice how he doesn't trust the Liberty Bowl? More evidence that the Liberty Bowl director isn't thought of very highly.
Bruce trusted him.
Banowsky is doing a good job controlling the pieces of realignment he's responsible for controlling.
Chuck everything appears stable heading into the play-off forary

My only beef with BB was why add WKU and Charlotte to get to 14???? I think we would have been fine with 12, personally. Adding a Sunbelt school and a FCS 'newbie' doesn't enhance our cache! IMHO! Does someone else compelling reason??????

WKU was more defense (vs. Sunbelt and Benson), but they do appear to be committed to growing their program and the BB is good.
Charlotte is the UTSA of the Carolinas from what I hear.
Also, need to be at 14 so when/if we lose some, we are ahead of the game at staying at 12.
My thoughts about WKU...
Look at this realignment from the prism of athletic budgets, take a look at the USA Today database. WKU was the last piece, where C-USA effectively chopped the head off the top 5 conference programs over $20MM budgets: MTSU, WKU, FIU, FAU, and UNT. And out of those 5, WKU had the highest non-subsidized revenue.
