Wow! New Mexico hits a long running 3 at the buzzer to send it to OT. Poor late game management by UAB. Two dumb fouls by UAB on layups and then didn't foul at the end when they should have. UAB had this game won.
UAB got down right off the bat but bounced back to take 86-81 lead with 1:52 remaining in OT.
Ridiculous! New Mexico gets a stop and drains a 3 with 2 seconds left to send it to double OT! UAB blew it again!
UAB blew it. New Mexico escapes with 97-94 win.
If you want to scout San Diego (our likely 2nd opponent next week), they are playing on Fox Sports San Diego right now (DirecTV 694, Dish 408, U-verse 1776).
