I also noticed the dude with the cut off sleeves. Looks absurd. Also noticed is the distinct lack of intensity and fire from the head coach all the way on down.

From TV it also looks like we only managed to get about 1/4 of the band to the game. I assume there is some bush league excuse having to do with quarter break and children wanting to go home to their mommies and Tech being unable to figure out how to keep a dorm open or heat up a burger for them to eat. Basically stuff you would never see in a million years from any other Division 1 school in the nation, ever.

This program is embarrassing in its current state.

As the strength coach goes, so goes the team. Joke for a strength coach, joke for a program. We're soft, mentally weak, and out of shape. With 2 bye weeks in a season, that should NEVER happen

We are weak and pathetic. This is a direct quote from a friend of mine that is close to the band: "It was a volunteer game. Many of the band members live outside of Ruston, and are with their families. Every band member that could make, was there."

Honestly, I've seen small, private high schools with bigger bands than what LA Tech has in JAS tonight. Pathetic.

Band members are paid. Should be required attendance at this game. We had to play at games during quarter break when I was in the BoP. This abomination is allowed by the leadership.
