How about some C-USA bashing by The New Orleans Advocate with a little Florida Atlanta to the side?

He needs some cheese with that whine...
''Don't be a bad dagh..."
I like how it's so awful for poor Tulane to have to play in such a bad basketball conference for a year when they haven't managed to have a winning record in years. Also, if you're going to complain about rpi, OOC records, and being ranked below traditional 1-bid leagues - you probably ought to be holding up your end of the deal.
It'll be nice for them to be on tv a lot next year playing powerhouse programs in some ways, but it also means that the teams that were losing in CUSA are going to get killed in the American conference.
Yep. C-USA should be stronger next year with WKU coming in and Tulsa and cellar dwellers Tulane and East Carolina going out.
Also, those RPIs don't mean anything right now. C-USA's RPI will gradually improve as conference play goes on. C-USA is still expected to finish at No. 13, well ahead of those traditional one-bid leagues of the Belch, Big West, and Summit.
After we beat OU, LSWhoo got one vote in the AP poll. some voters are confused.
I know this is not the thread, but after this game Tech in the nation is:
#10 in PPG (points per game)
#12 in RBPG (rebounds per game)
#24 in APG (assists per game)
#48 in FG%PG (FG% per game)
That, my friends is VERY impressive.
I saw it, too! Musta have made the LA State folks very uncomfortable!
