This is perfect timing to lose a coach, dead period for another week and coaches convention.
I have been really impressed all year with what he has done with young defense. Been hammerred several times , basically saying "who cares"== well I care. He will be difficult to replace--
Were you impressed with the defense against Army? Against Rice? While I know you are attempting to offset the incessant negativity on this board, your misplaced optimism is equally as annoying. This season we played against some pitiful teams, yet still found a way to give up 400+ yards a game.
Nobody cares until holtz is gone. Worst I have seen this board in the past 5 years and worst football I have seen in a loooong time
It's pretty depressing to come on the football forum. There is some good discussion going on about Tech sports with promise over in the basketball forum though. I hope to see everyone in the TAC on January 25th for Operation Sellout. I plan on getting there about 3 and tailgating with the TAG guys.
