As of right now - it is WAY MORE important than the Marshall game and a much tougher opponent (on paper at least)?
I would argue we need a big crowd for this game much more than we need one for the Marshall game...

Promoting a game is usually done 24hrs prior to tipoff with a Facebook post, you are expecting too much from our Athletic admin dept.

I'll twitterfy it.
If anyone else here is on Twitter, let's get something trending. If the admin won't do anything we've got to do it ourselves.

Great question. The Charlotte game is MUCH bigger for us than Marshall.
HD, Charlotte defeated Michigan and Kansas State earlier this year. U-M and K-State are receiving votes for the Top 25 right now. Both would likely be in the Top 25 right now without the Charlotte loss. In addition, Charlotte won their C-USA opener at UTEP, and that's not an easy place to win. I have no clue how UTSA (worst team in C-USA) beat Charlotte.
Anyone in our athletic dept listening?
We should be promoting the heck out of it, but the Marshall game is on CBSSN. Charlotte is not televised. That's probably why they are putting their eggs in that basket. They will probably do the same thing for Tulsa which is also televised.
Every game has equal weight in the CUSA championship run, but butts in the seats during televised games, make it an easier sell to networks in future years.
Just my .02 cents.
You can promote the Thursday night game on campus to the students for less than $1,000 and have a major impact
I'm not saying they shouldn't be doing promotions for Marshall - but to promote BOTH
Just like last Thursday's first foray into CUSA basketball should of been promoted heavily ON CAMPUS
You can atleast try -we are NOT trying
That is my gripe
