That's really sad. I remember men's B'Ball that in 1987-89 that was exciting. I remember Tech B'ball at it's greatest and I BELIEVE this season, WE WILL make it back to the NCAA tourney, and this year or next, we will be that Cinderella that proves them all wrong!
Fun is the only word to describe tonight.
Incredible night that warmed my Tech blue blood and soul! So glad we were able to make both Thur's game and tonight's.
Just plain amazing to watch our Dunkin Dawgs give 110% under Coach White, as always, and cheer with 7355 Dawg BBall fans in the TAC! I bet all of us will be a tad horse for a few days.
Crowd looked great on tv, very loud, the studio guys couldn't say enough how impressed they were with Louisiana Tech, the cheers sounded very well organized,... We LOOKED like one of the premiere programs in the country.

A first for me last night in the TAC: Bad calls (and non-calls) brought about "moans" from the crowd that were VERY loud...followed by Boos. Of course that happened several times.
When you get over 4k in The TAC, the building amplifies sound/noise.
Even though, the new low-bid sound system cleared out what cobwebs were still hanging prior to Saturday night. You could actually hear/understand Jimmy. (Oh, timing/shock value of the "And the coach gets a T" comment by Jimmy was priceless!)

I hope we can put two crowds like that back to back when Tulsa comes on the 6th. What we had last night needs to be our average attendance. Teams will hate coming to our house.
Sure did. And they (the announcers) gave Marshall hell for their seemingly lack of effort. Fact is, Marshall just didn't have a prayer last night.
And.....by the way, the TAC FLOOR looked GREAT last night on TV. I know some of you will be shocked by this......but LA Tech has one of the better looking basketball floors --and basketball arenas-- in college basketball. That Tech logo on the floor is a MONSTER!!

What was the official attendance for OK State and big country in early 90s? I thought it was similar in size to Sat night.
