IMHO, Ray Guy being the only kicker to ever be in serious disussion for entry into the HOF proves that he should be there.

It is not the discussion that should have gotten him in, it is the fact that he was the best at his craft. No different than any other position. He was basically (I know this is a bad word) discriminated against because he and every other punter/kicker are not seen as real football players.
