The CUSA All-Access site is still showing the game on the schedule, so I assume they are still airing the game as well. I'm not as familiar with the digital network with CUSA, so maybe someone can give you a definite.
Nope. You can get Dave's audio but not the TV stream.

Absolutely. When we moved into our house, and were picking a DirecTV package, I made sure it included ESPNU and CBS Sports. Didnt want to miss out on any Tech games.
It is C-USA almost all day on CBS Sports Network channel 158 on Dish network.
