WOW, no matter how you felt about last season, you can't help but be impressed with the recruiting Holtz and staff are doing. I was hoping this type of interest would come sooner and basically gave up on it after the debacle that was last season. Imagine what they could do if we had a winning season. Kudos to staff. We have never had a football staff beat the bushes and work this hard. All but guaranteed to sign a full class when you have 6 commits from JR Day and maybe more coming. At this rate, we may be close to done by the end of summer camps-crazy.

West Orange-Stark is a football powerhouse in Texas. Great HS program.

I am all for getting early commitments, my concern is are these kids quality or D1 material. Seems like Tech is the only school offering them and no one else. I just hope skip doesn't fill this team with a bunch of D2 quality players. Someone from USF posted in the past on this board "wait until he get his type of players in". That's scary to think, just hope he doesn't destroy this program. Not off to a good start.

This kid looks like the next stud RB for Tech! I hope we can hang on to him.

A mix of speed and strength, Dancy has been reported to have 40 times as low as 4.39 and has a bench press max of 315 pounds.

In his videos, the young man like to initiate contact. He looks like a keeper if Tech can sign him.

On the broadcast I saw, Jordan Allen said ULL contacted him first upon learning he was leaving LSU. He didn't say they were his #1 choice.

I will never understand why these West Monroe kids go down to LSU. I mean Tech is right there, close to home and they choose to go down there and then transfer later. smh

Some have had huge success at LSU: Tommy Banks, Bradie James, Andrew Whitworth, Mingo. I guess you never know how it's going to work out.
