I believe so -

That's why they were working with him after the news came out he was ineligible to get his house in order

He either has to play here or graduate to be eligible to play elsewhere - D1 wise

There are potential transfers elsewhere who are working toward the same goal.

BREAKING NEWS -- We would like to officially welcome two new signees, Qiydar Davis and Merrill Holden, to the Bulldog Family!

Davis is a six-foot six-inch wing guard out of Indian Hills Community College and will have two years of eligibility remaining.

Holden is a six-foot eight-inch forward out of Pratt Community College and will have three years of eligibility remaining.
