Even .750 ball might not be good enough unless one (or more) of the current top 8 has a bad slump.
With a couple of sweeps along with winning 2 out of 3 in the other 3 series would give us 12 out of the last 15 or .800 ball over the last 15. That will put us at 15-15 for the year and that may get us a tournament seed.
.800 ball at 12-3 is the first available spot over .750 since 11-4 is only .733 ball;.
And 11-4 would have Tech finish 14-16. If at least 8 of the 9 teams at or above .500 now win 7 of their remaining 15-18 games, that won't be good enough.

Fairly certain it is 11 - any combination of wins by teams who currently have 8 or more wins plus our losses will eliminate us from the top 8. Do you believe in miracles? It will take several.
