    I wish there was a way to factor in cost of living into a salary scale. Not sure how that would be done, though. I have looked at jobs similar to mine in some major cities and, even, towns on the East and West coasts and I would need triple the salary to have the same standard of living I have in East Texas. That is why it is so difficult for me to move at this time, even with job offers. Certainly coaches take that same thing under consideration.

    Just South of Tyler and outside of Bullard in the country. I have 70 Counties to cover, though, so it is just a weekend home pretty much. Tyler has grown around my house now and I am no longer really in the country, but still have 10 acres on top of a hill. McMansions below me, so my property is worth a lot more than when I bought it. Should be here for another year and will probably re-locate.
