There was a rebpublican here in Houston that ran in the Dem primary and won. Then the Dem's sued to get him off the ballot. They lost. However that's typical Dems. If they can't win an election they go to the courts. It always seemed a little far fetched to me that only Dem. voters have trouble like they did in Fla back in 2000. Only Dem voters can't get legitimate ID's. Of course the Dems want all the dead illegal aliens to vote and have their votes counted. But that's not knew. It goes back further when LBJ ran against another Dem for Sen. in Texas in 1948.
