    Not surprising...

    http://news.yahoo.com/lewinsky-speak...-politics.html

    None of this is surprising.

Monica is mostly protecting her former boss (and lover) because she loved him then and loves (or at least likes) him now. Of course klinton took advantage of her. He used his power as prez to woo a youngster. And, she was 22, so legally an adult, and responsible for her own actions.

As for the cover-up, well, it pales in comparison to:

    Fast & furious
    the IRS scandal
    Benghazi

    etc...

Talk about your war on women. Clinton was going to destroy Monica if that blue dress never showed up. She thinks it was humiliating when the truth came out.... it would have been much worse if Clinton would have continued the lies.

I don't think Fox News ever said Obama was born in Kenya. That was started by Hillary Clinton.

I seem to remember a Republican administration that sold weapons to Iran and funneled the profits to Central American death squads. And another Republican administration who swore up-and-down that there were nukes in Iraq.

Every human on earth strives to downplay their screw ups. That doesn't make it okay, but it's not like it's strictly a Democrat thing.

Faux facts. No one ever mentioned nukes. They were talking about the weapons Hussein had previously used on his people.

    Re: Not surprising...

    All politicians lie.....

Fox spins it to the right
MSNBC spins it to the left

If you believe any cable news, you are being fooled. All news is now is spin - very little facts. It is either one sided or the two sides having their turn making their points. That includes Independents and Libertarians and the smaller parties. We have come to a ridiculous place in our country where no one knows the truth and the people just buy into one side or the other and repeat the points, without being open minded to anything the other side is saying.

The only way to vote is to look at the total platform of the party and decide which PLATFORM you are most in agreement with. I am more Democrat, but do try to understand the platform of the other party and can side with them on some issues.

As for scandals, both sides have it. It is much worse when a person runs on certain things only for that thing to be total hypocrisy to his/her life. It would have been much worse if everyone didn't already know Clinton was a womanizer.

Going to war for a false cause is much worse. Lying from both sides about human lives lost is bad no matter which side. An affair is something I could care less about, unless people elected the person based on their preaching about sins of the flesh. There are plenty of those elected officials out there that are much worse. I don't give Clinton a pass on the lie he told, though. That was where he screwed up as an elected official. Of course, there would have been no lie if our Congress hadn't wasted millions of tax payer dollars to investigate a blow job.
