This isn't as good of a geographical fit but Northern Illinois should be considered. I'm not saying definitely invite them but they might be worth a look.

It appears they are also moving forward with their plans to turn the old site of Fulton County Stadium, which is now being used as parking for Turner Field, into the site of their new baseball stadium. I love the photo on the website showing the wall which follows the outline of the old stadium.
These guys are able to get a home and home with Memphis. Does Memphis hate us that much or are we just that weak at scheduling?
My question is how full will they be able to get this thing.
As for adding anyone, I don't keep track of budgets and markets, etc, but from the standpoint of quality of the football team, is Georgia State really who we'd want? Wouldn't Georgia Southern be better? Statesboro is no Atlanta, but I'd rather see a quality team than a huge market, tbh. Markets are cool and all, but we've already got SA, DFW, Miami, EP, Houston. Our best teams aren't from the big markets, and I'd rather see C-USA become more competitive on the field.
This all being said, hopefully if/when C-USA needs to add more teams it'll be us they're having to replace
