    This list is crazy. I can't believe they would rank a damn horse jockey (#48) right behind one of Major League Baseball's all-time great pitchers, Vida Blue (#47). For goodness sake, Blue won a Cy Young Award, and the American League MVP award back in 1971. His Oakland A's team also won the World Series THREE TIMES!!! Ranking Vida Blue that close to a horse jockey is insane!!

    Vida Blue is ranked far too low on this list. If you are talking about Louisiana's best pure athletes, Vida Blue belongs in Louisiana's Top 25.
