It is going to be tough, but those that can handle it will find this SO worth it! Hate to lose Lulu, but I want a disciplined team that is ready to work together!
Wow, I hate that for her and for our team. It would have been nice to have her talent on the team if she could follow the rules. I believe he is going to build a program we can all be proud of again.

On KTBS they said Summit cited repeated violations of team rules. They gave her opportunities to change and get on board but team rules were non-negotiable. They wished her well with her future plans.

You can always lighten up after you have established a standard. You can't start out being too lenient and try to get tougher. Good job by CTS to stick to his guns when he put down the rules.

Agreed! Our team has lacked discipline for years and this (in my opinion) has been part of the problem going back to Long. Off the court issues lead to on the court issues of cohesiveness and disciplined play.
Coach Barmore didn't put up with anyone repeatedly breaking team rules. I don't think any truly successful coach does. Discipline is fundamental. You have to lay a good foundation to build anything worth having.
