42-17 Dawgs!
NSU has a good passing game, and they will have some success moving the ball. Hopefully, we'll bend but not break and while they may pile up some passing yardage, things get tight in the redzone.
Offensive game plan will be more of a steady diet of ball control and Kenneth Dixon with just enough passing to keep them honest. I think we keep the play calling fairly vanilla.

I just can't pretend their win against Southern actually meant anything. Their defense still allowed 419 yards (256 pass, 163 rush) and 27 points even though Southern had 5 turnovers. Southern beat themselves, if anything. NWST's defense hasn't shown they can stop anyone yet, and I'll give them the benefit of the doubt on Baylor because I don't know who can stop that offense. Still, our offense will have its way on Saturday.
NWST may be able to move the ball at times, but their offensive strength plays into our defensive strength. They'll sneak by for one early TD and a trash time TD with two FGs in between, but that's it. Our 2s play almost the entire 4th quarter.

52-13
My breakdown:
2 TD for Dixon
3 TD WR
2 TD Defense
1 FG
My prediction for NSU?
...Pain...
I wanna predict a big blow-out, but we tend to struggle with FCS teams at home...but really, who cares about history?
Dawgs: 62
Demons: 17 (two junk time TDs)
Long day of tailgating!!!
We win by 4
...touchdowns
45-7
NWSt gets a last second touchdown because J Ford is at the Dawghouse buying Manny Diaz and the defense Jager Bombs during the fourth quarter.
I hope it's a comfortable win, but I will predict a close one. I think we are pumped up after the last two weeks and maybe even over confident. I think NSU comes out early and puts up more of a fight than we are expecting. Maybe even takes an early lead. We settle down and pull away in the second half.

Since the Demons are FCS - I will not tempt the streak

''Don't be a bad dagh..."
qb completed 19 passes in a row last week -- he had 4 drops and 1 throwaway-- coach said he had perfect passing game. That said, do not think they will have answer for our running game or Sokol and gifted receivers. Expect Diaz to put pressure on qb and our seconday to have shots at a few picks. Think this will be less of a test than last 2 games -- go with you, 42-17 with them getting 7-10 of those points after game out of reach. My biggets concern is my attitude that this a "breather" game, breather games can turn into "trap" game if not careful Do not think that will happen-- Dixon and other rbs should have a field day-- there, I have cheated and covered very contingency --
45 to 21 Dawgs. Demons score first, but we take over after that and they get a couple of TD's in the 4th.
