I have changed my mind about James Comey. The man is a genius! By not indicting Hillary due to the lack of "intent" with ALL the evidence pointing to what should have been an indictment, he has put the Dems in a very difficult place. The guilt is obvious for even the most liberal to see. The State Department just announced that they will restart their investigation. This prolongs and intensifies the importance of the investigation along with the investigation into the Clinton Foundation. Any Dem that rushes to Hillary's defense can be swept up into the fact that this will be known for many years to come as the most crooked event ever cooked up by a political entity in the US. The Dems who figure out what a mess they are in now will try to get Hillary out of there as soon as possible because she will forever be seen see as corrupt and the most unsuitable candidate ever for president. But the Dems now have to either admit that she is unacceptable as a candidate and are forced to accept known Socialist as their candidate.

PS He has also insured that the mainstream media now HAS to cover all this.

PPS He is not liable since he is only recommending to not indict because intent was not established. Intent is almost impossible to prove. The AG was never going to indict. His meeting with Hillary was not under oath so anything she said there can't be seen as false testimony. If there is a suit against him, the Dems do not want get into discovery now and since James Comey is a genious matching minds with him will only dig them further into this quick sand.

The FBI is investigating an apparent cyberattack on Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign, Fox News confirmed Friday.
The breach appears to be part of a series of cyberattacks targeting Democratic organizations, including the the Democratic National Committee (DNC) and Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC).
The investigation was first reported by Reuters, which said that the Justice Department's national security division was investigating whether the cyberattacks threatened national security.
Clinton campaign spokesman Nick Merrill said Friday that an "analytics data program maintained by the DNC, and used by our campaign and a number of other entities, was accessed as part of the DNC hack." Merrill added that outside cybersecurity experts have found "no evidence" that the campaign's internal systems have been compromised.
An FBI statement did not mention the Clinton campaign specifically, but said it was aware of reporting "on cyber intrusions involving multiple political entities, and is working to determine the accuracy, nature and scope of these matters."
The report that Clinton's campaign was hacked comes a day after the cyberattack on the DCCC, which raises money for Democratic congressional candidates, was made public. Sources told Fox News Friday that the DCCC hack bears similarities to the recent breach of DNC files.

The DNC breach led to the embarrassing leak of internal emails by WikiLeaks that appeared to show a pro-Clinton bias in the organization -- and, in turn, led to DNC Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz stepping down ahead of this week's Democratic National Convention.
The hack of the DCCC’s web server allowed the hackers to create and redirect traffic to a fake donations page, made to look and feel authentic, sources said. From there, hackers were able to capture all data entered on the page. Sources said the objective behind the hack is not clear, though it could be to harvest data on Democratic donors and supporters.
