I knew it had to be up quite a bit. Traffic is far more congested than ever before.
I AM NOT COMPLAINING!!!! It was just an observation. I hope the traffic is even worse next year.
It's time to close the doors to the Temple of Janus.
That's awesome! But I think a question needs to be raised as well...will student housing increase proportionately with the rise in freshman student admissions?
I'm asking because my 17-year old daughter attended a summer program at Tech earning 6-credit hours and will graduate high school this coming summer. She fell in love with Tech and plans on attending full time for the 2015-16 academic year.
Good question for Dr. Guice and/or Jim King, shoot them an email guice@latech.edu king@latech.edu I would actually put exactly what you have in your post, (of course providing context on what "That" is that is so awesome).

LSU President and Chancellor F. King Alexander:
“More students are choosing to pursue their higher education opportunities at LSU,” Alexander said. “Whether a student is in Shreveport, Alexandria, Eunice, Baton Rouge or New Orleans, they can be assured that they will be given the tools and resources to be successful in their chosen field, and we will do everything we can to make sure they finish with a degree and a great start to their career.”
So...these schools are satellite campuses of LSUBR?

I read the entire article, and not once did they mention what LSU's average incoming freshmen GPA and ACT scores were.
