Louisiana Tech is at the halfway point of the 2014 football season with a 3-3 overall record and 2-0 in C-USA after destroying UTEP 55-3 last weekend at Joe Aillet Stadium. With a bye week coming up, this seems like a great time to look at some of the greatest plays of the 2014 football season so far.

I knew #50 got his bell run hard, but I didn't see the actual play. I just saw him walking very tentatively after he got off the field. It was a great hit!

Talking about that hit with my brother, he's in sports meds.....said the guy should have been put on a spinal board and carted off. The arms going into the air and locking up like that is "basically part of your brain is 'resetting'"

Big legal hit, but for those players to celebrate over the top of a player knocked out is pretty shitty. Keep it classy Barnes or take my school's uniform off.

Not a big deal. They were celebrating a big hit, nothing wrong with that. It happened so quickly there was no way for them to tell he was knocked out.

Not too long ago a big hit was considered part of the game instead of something special needing to be celebrated.

TV and the need to show out AFTER the play had done this to the game.
