The damage a half block from our house is severe. It snapped huge trees and pulled the electric box off of a house. I didn't see much structural damage.

Damage survey results .... EF-2. Sorry about the large image but I thought it might be of interest to folks here. The path here is drawn in a direct path from start to finish so it is likely not accurate in that tornadoes do not move in straight lines necessarily.
Anybody heard an update on damage to campus? Someone said the roof on Harper was damaged.
If you read the description of the path taken, it appears that the yellow/orange line shown on the map is a little to the North of the description. Per the description, West Monroe High was directly in the path but the line shown above is North of the High School by many blocks.Damage survey results .... EF-2. That line is drawn from the start point to the end point. In these preliminary surveys it is pretty much all I have to draw a line. The path likely curved from the start to the end as this is fairly common with tornadoes to take a path to left over the course and often pretty sharply at the end.
I can pull info from the damage assessments to get more accurate path information. In due time

Harper damaged. Had some unknown (to me) debris in front of GTM (Ropp Center side). A tree in front of Keeny broke in half. Mostly just some snapped small limbs around campus.
I witnessed part of the roof off of the old natatorium blow off into the parking lot to the northeast, toward Hale Hall! We got the heck out of there!
I think a tree or a huge branch the size of a tree fell between the natatorium and education building. Could have been something previously cut down.
I guess we'll have to wait a decade or so for it to get torn down too? Nothing but a big safety hazard at this point.
