You shouldn't need a sports package to get your home region FSN affiliate. If you do, that TV provider shouldn't be in business.

FSN West should be on any cable provider anywhere in the Los Angeles area. It is your home region (not distant) FSN affiliate. It should be on the basic cable tier since that is where home region FSN affiliates are usually positioned.

Need to open the play book to a page that doesn't hand the ball to Dixon on 1st and 2nd down. Try some slants and crossing pattern to get them out of man coverage.
