I feel like enough Republicans are culpable in this situation to make it permanent. I always hate it when Liberal posters start saying "Well what have the Reps done?" The coup was a chance to kick out the bad eggs and take back control of the party, instead of letting the Corporatist fall in line with their socialist counterparts. There is a saying that the more the Republicans run to the center the more to the left the dems will go dragging the country with them. We must pull back to were moderate thinking is in the middle instead of left leaning.
