I had the same conversation with DirectTV today. They couldn't find it but finally got a supervisor to add the sports package. Luckily I qualified for a free three month trial so no cost to me except a long wait time while DirectTV figured things out. They were very confused on their end
I logged into the website, ordered it and was watching within 2 minutes.
