Temple's opener
Temple struggles to get past American, 40-37
American wears the same Nike style jerseys as our team. Temple fans will be thinking "didn't we play them already?"
I'm tempting to drive down for this game - 6 hours drive - I will need to take couple of days off
We will definitely go to the Cuse game - just itchy to see our dawgs play in person.
LET'S GO BULLDOGS!!
It looks like they play Duke after us, maybe they'll overlook us like we did with Southern
A new article has been posted on www.latechsports.com:
Louisiana Tech returned home from Baton Rouge at 3 a.m. on Saturday morning. Just 26 hours later they took off for the airport traveling to Philadelphia in preparation for a Monday night matchup with Temple at 6 p.m. CT in the Liacouras Center as part of the 2014 Coaches vs. Cancer Classic.

Any reason we did not press much? Only pressing after made FTs?
This is such a huge game for our schedule. Hope the Dawgs are ready for the challenge. Looking forward to this.
Temple will be playing without two starters, Jesse Morgan and Devin Coleman. Morgan will miss Temple's first 10 games due to transfer rules (from UMass). Coleman is academically ineligible for the first semester. This might partly explain Temple's 40-point performance against American. Temple will be a much better team once conference play starts. This is a must-win game for the Dunkin' Dawgs' at-large hopes.
We didn't even press after made FT's -
Might of half-heartedly pressed about 3 times all night
Southern was LONG and athletic - every gym we go into this year expect at Syracuse and NCState we will have a target on our back
No need to show our cards before needed
I look for the pressing to increase as the chemistry grows -
Right now - we can't put Alex's foot and Speedy's knees through constant pressure of the press - need to develop so depth first
