So I would imagine everyone should be eligible for the Dec 6th game since as long as they appeal their grades... not my favorite way to represent our university...
Should have gone to class. Inexcusable.....tough to appeal
The "thought" that players were thinking, "hey we won't be bowling or in the 'Ship Game, lets bag this year in the classroom"......sickening.
Oh well, we will go to battle with ones that truly care about this University and their teammates.

I thought we had a specific coach who followed up on student side of student/athlete. I have always taken pride in our committment to getting these kids educated--hate this has slipped thru crack--
Sokol has already graduated and proven himself academically in past, sportsdog tells me Sokol is good to go. Gotta believe Coach H would have played backups a lot saturday if he was
...or maybe some he thought may be playing their last game.
He is a lot nicer than me if that is the case. I would have played the ones that were going to be in battle with the rest of the season- those that did what they were supposed to do. I would not have had any loyalty to those that chose not to be responsible and let the team and university down.
its not Sokal, I have heard 4 on the offensive side and 2 on the defensive side.
NCAA doesn't determine academic standing, it's up to the university, unless they're trying to say he should be allowed to play even though he's on academic suspension. Doubt NCAA would approve that...

I believe I read on here that if all the time allowed was used in filing an appeal and the dean making a decision, it would be in January before a decision had to be made.
It may be January, but the suspension (or whatever the proper term is) would not be lifted just because an appeal was made
So is Dixon part of the group?
