Looks like we have our first faux playoff team confirmed...
Ducks 44 Wildcats 7 4:54 3rd
The Oregon destroyation of Arizona is complete...would have been 51-7 if not for a last-play Wildcat TD to make it 51-13.
"destroyation?" Ya mean "destruction", don't ya?
No...I meant destroyation. Sure it's not really a proper word, but if it's good enough for Rex Hunt calling AFL games it's good enough for BB&B.
Rex would also have called that Oregon have blown Arizona to the schissenhousen (outhouse).
The Urban Dictionary has lots Rex Hunt-isms.
AAC has a decision to make, or it will throw all 3 teams at the committee...3-way tie for 1st at 7-1.
UCF didn't play either Memphis or Cincinnati.
Oklahoma St beats Oklahoma 38-35 in overtime.
No matter how bad you may think the Tech head coaching performance was today, it won't be the worst coaching performance of the day.
That distinction goes to Bob Stoops.
Oklahoma State should never have been in a position to be on the field with Oklahoma in the 4th quarter in the first place. But with Oklahoma up 35-28 and just over a minute left, it punted on a 4th and about 8 to the Cowboys. OSU committed a running into the kicker penalty that Oklahoma inexplicably accepted even though the Cowboys would have needed an 80-yard drive in under a minute after the first punt.
Oklahoma State returned the second punt for a TD to send the game to OT. Oklahoma missed a long FG in the top of the OT, and Oklahoma State won it on a chip shot FG.
80 teams are bowl-eligible with a chance for 81.

Temple becomes the 81st and last eligible team with a 10-3 win at Tulane.
Five eligible teams will be staying home for bowl season.
Boise's field is so hideous.
