If Tech had beaten ODU, most people reading this thread right now would be tailgating in Ruston. With a chance at an access bowl on the line, the team with the best record should get the home field.

Semi-neutral is best. A city close to a school...... There are some cities that are naturals - in the West, Dallas would draw a big crowd. In the East, there are a lot of choices.
