Are we in position to move into the league if so?

Can't see the Big 12 taking Memphis. Probably not Cincy either.
Here we go again. Two openings in the AAC a possibility. Marshall and someone else, it would seem, would be the logical choices to backfill to the AAC. Maybe Rice, USM, Tech. Then again, this may be bluster. Musical chairs are still a possibility.
Texas has already made it known that they do not want another school from Texas in the conference so that would rule Houston out.
South - UT, TTU, Baylor, TCU, OU, Memphis
North - KU, KSU, ISU, OSU, WVU, Cincy
(Yes - I split up OU and OSU on purpose.)
This isn't going to happen but I'll play. They would go west to add Boise and and take Cincy over Memphis State.
Quadrants! UT-TT-BU, TCU-OU-OSU, KU-KSU-ISU, WV-UM-UC
Play your quadrant, the one you are division with, and one other. Last game set either with permanent rivalry or by historical performance to maximize SOS.
The Big 12 is not going to expand. Unless you've lived on Mars for the last 20 years, you should understand why Ohio State was picked over Baylor and TCU. And, Ohio State did not even need to run the score up on Wisconsin to get the bid, a 1-point win would have been enough.
