CSN Chicago (Alternate) HD to Televise Tech-ULL Game on December 10, 2014
I was pleasantly surprised last night to find out that Comcast Sports Net Chicago will be televising the Tech-ULL game next Wednesday night.
It was announced by CSN back on 11/11/14, but it is not showing up on the BB schedule on Tech's website. I guess someone is asleep at the wheel. http://www.latechsports.com/sports/m...kbl-sched.html

Yeah, a few weeks ago Tech's external affairs guy was asked to PLEASE let the fans know what coverage was available and post it for all to see. He provided a link to the C-USA site to sift through and also gave out some bad info on the UAB game. Sportdawg and THE BBB is much more reliable than Tech's external affairs or the football SID for gathering accurate information.
I still don't know if this game will actually be televised. I have yet to see any other mention of TV - including UL-L website.
It's not. I talked to the CSN Chicago programming manager a couple weeks ago. He checked on it and found that it was no longer on ASN's schedule that was sent to them. He said it was on the original schedule but not the most updated. ASN made a mistake, and the CSN Chicago people didn't catch it until I called them. The game will be televised on the Benson Belch National TV Network... ragincajuns.com for a fee.

Well now, ain't that just a fine howdy do...
Never did figure out why ASN thought it had rights to that game...those have always belonged to E$PN and the Belch. And have now reverted back to ULL since e$pn3 isn't carrying the game.

The Alumni Association is chartering a bus for the ULL game. The cost would be $55 (game ticket not included). The bus will depart Ruston from the Argent Pavilion at 2:00 PM. We will return immediately after the game.

Pregame Event
Join the Louisiana Tech Alumni Association and other LA Tech fans prior to the LA Tech vs. UL-Lafayette game on December 10. We will be having a pregame event beginning at 5 p.m. at the Cajundome. The cost for the event is $15 and includes a meal (hamburgers and hot dogs). A cash bar will be available. Game tickets are not included.
