If you would have been there you would have seen the same thing. Tech is a very diverse university. The UI band, flag team and cheerleaders were not diverse at all. If we were as non-diverse, we would be criticized.

How many black people do you think live in the area around the University of Illinois? The 2013 demographics say that black people make up about 12.8% of Champaign county and only 14.7% of the entire state of Illinois. In contrast, the black populace makes up about 32.4% of Louisiana and a whooping 41.4% in Lincoln parish. Perception...

I just don't get why diversity is so important. All races have a homeland to go to except white people because it's the countries of the white people that are being made diverse, not Asian, not African, not Hispanic, and not Arabic. White people have no homeland to go to if they ever get tired of diversity like all other races. Let's just put a tap on diversity and let it be for God's sake.
