Can't get enough of feeling great about Tech's success. Still floating on Cloud 9. And now, Coach White and his Dawgs have the stage. Have shown flashes of brilliance and given us all reason to be optimistic.
Season starts for real in January. With....say what!....THREE road conference games? Why do ALL of my teams get dealt this blow? Chit! Tough way to start conference play.

I am considering a trip to B'ham. But, really, for me, I need both teams, MBB and WBB, to be legit contenders to win the conference tourney. The Dawgs will be, I know it. Not saying we will win the tourney, but we will have our shot at it for sure. The Techsters? Hmmm....
To attend a conference tourney like this requires a multi-day, nearly a week, commitment from fans. Getting time off from work...the logistics of hotel, game tix, etc....family issues. Hell! I had to move mountains and change holiday travel plans for FOUR different families, within our family, just to make attending the HoD Bowl happen! A one-day event.
But, B'ham is an easy drive and it is NOT a holiday......Wait! March Madness is a national holiday now, isn't it?
Just hope BOTH our teams will be playing their best ball and BOTH will be a factor in the conf tourney.
Same here....... If either are contenders (which our guys DEFINITELY should be), I will be there this year. A little further drive for me than those in Louisiana, but will be worth it!
