However, just one hour (a 12 noon kickoff vs an 11 AM kickoff) can make a big difference for those of us who must travel 3-5 hours one way on game day.
Or us that have 4-6 hours. I didn't go to the Rice game because it was too early.
Strange that those 4-5 hours away are the most vocal proponents for early games, but it appears they are some of the most vocal against early games.
11:00 is just a horrible time to start a football game. We are filling a time slot that is normally fitting for an infomercial.
Not a fan of 11:00 am starts but love anything from 1 to 3 after October 15

Yeah, you've been consistent in saying this over the years. I'm okay with 3 or 4 after November 1st, but like 6 before the time changes.
It's not like we have control, but 11:00 due to ASN is a bad deal for us, even on away games.
However, it does beat the 11:00PM start times when we played in Hawaii!
